Michael H. Bill
Michael H. Bill joined the MJ Insurance team in 1992 in the Property & Casualty and Surety Department. Michael was named Chief Executive Officer in the fall of 2006. He previously held the position of President and oversaw the company’s insurance operations.
Michael aligns his philosophy with the principles the company was founded on. Michael believes you must strive to earn and maintain trust, by continually acting in our clients’ best interest. Each and every transaction conducted by our organization is done in professional manner, placing our integrity above all else. Simply put, our goal is to do what we say that we are going to do and do it with honesty and sincerity.
A Senior Executive in the asset management industry with more than 19 years of boardroom experience as Manager or Trustee. Robert Boulware Specializes in the intermediary distribution of mutual funds, as well as extensive experience in investment management oversight.
Robert Boulware is a respected veteran of the financial industry, serving as Board Member, C-Level executive and institutional investor for more than 25 years. Former President and CEO of ING Funds Distributor, LLC managed the sale and marketing of both open- and closed-end mutual funds in the U.S., serving retail, and annuity and worksite platforms. Mr. Boulware's experience also includes executive and management positions with WESAV Financial, Bank of America and Western Savings. Robert also sits on the board of several public and private companies.
Gary Burleson is the owner of Etico Construction Group in Glendale, Arizona performing concrete, framing, and masonry work for various general contractors and home builders. A true entrepreneur, Gary has created and sold many businesses over the years. Most notably, he started his Phoenix-based company, BBP Concrete in 1979. With a long-term vision focused on integrity, technology, and employee education as the core elements of BBP, Gary was able to grow the company to 1,100 employees before selling in 2005.
Over the last thirty years he has served on several national and local Association boards and committees and lends his expertise to numerous advisory boards and trade contractors around the country.
Charles J. Inderieden
Charles (Chuck) Inderieden is the Co-Managing Partner for Henry & Horne, LLP and possesses an extensive knowledge of individual income tax and estate, gift and trust planning for individuals, trusts, and small to medium-size businesses. Prior to joining Henry & Horne in 1996, Chuck spent nine years at a local CPA firm where his responsibilities included consulting with businesses and individuals regarding their tax planning needs. Specifically, he specializes in individual, fiduciary, estate, and gift-tax engagements.
Mr. Inderieden is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation in addition to his CPA designation. He is an active member in the Central Arizona Estate Planning Council, Scottsdale Estate Planners Study Group, Scottsdale Healthcare Financial Advisors and is a life member of the Executive Council for the Phoenix Metropolitan Boys & Girls Club.
Brad Lemon serves as Principal, Senior Investment Counselor for Miller/Russell. He provides investment management services to foundations, non-profit organizations, qualified plans, corporations, and individuals. Brad also serves as a member of Miller/Russell’s Investment Policy Committee.
Brad attended Spokane Falls Community College and Western Washington University. He holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst designation, awarded by the Center for Fiduciary Studies, which is associated with the University of Pittsburgh and certifies him to conduct investment fiduciary assessments. Prior to joining Miller/Russell in 1998, Brad served as Vice President with Rowland Carmichael, a full-service advisory and financial planning firm, where he spent six years servicing qualified plans. Prior to that position, Brad spent four years as an agent for State Mutual of America providing insurance and financial planning services.
Michael J. Olsen
Michael J. Olsen currently serves as chief financial officer, treasurer and corporate secretary for a private real estate investment company with offices in Arizona and Illinois. Mike obtained both his B.S. in finance and MBA from Arizona State University. Mike’s career has been centered in banking and investments having spent 16 years with Bank of America. Much of his career there involved financial analysis, commercial real estate, corporate banking, and investment management and trust administration for the bank’s high net-worth clients.
Mr. Olsen carries a Certified Financial Planner designation, acted as Registered Securities Principal for Bank of America’s Private Bank in Arizona, is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington, and is a member of Financial Executive’s International. Mike is the senior executive for the family office affiliated with his employer, treasurer of certain private foundations and serves as trustee on certain family trusts.
Steven D. Pidgeon
Steven Pidgeon concentrates his practice on securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and private equity and venture capital investments. His corporate clients operate in a wide variety of industries, including technology, sports and entertainment, financial services, health care, manufacturing, transportation, homebuilding, and consumer goods. Mr. Pidgeon also represents underwriters, private equity firms, venture capital firms, and financial intermediaries in their underwriting, investment, and advisory activities.
Steven is a Partner, Co-Managing Partner of DLA Piper’s Phoenix office. He received both his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Miami.
