+ Michael H. Bill
Michael H. Bill joined the MJ Insurance team in 1992 in the Property & Casualty and Surety Department. Michael was named Chief Executive Officer in the fall of 2006. He previously held the position of President and oversaw the company’s insurance operations.
Michael aligns his philosophy with the principles the company was founded on. Michael believes you must strive to earn and maintain trust, by continually acting in our clients’ best interest. Each and every transaction conducted by our organization is done in professional manner, placing our integrity above all else. Simply put, our goal is to do what we say that we are going to do and do it with honesty and sincerity.
+ Robert Boulware
A Senior Executive in the asset management industry with more than 19 years of boardroom experience as Manager or Trustee. Robert Boulware Specializes in the intermediary distribution of mutual funds, as well as extensive experience in investment management oversight.
Robert Boulware is a respected veteran of the financial industry, serving as Board Member, C-Level executive and institutional investor for more than 25 years. Former President and CEO of ING Funds Distributor, LLC managed the sale and marketing of both open- and closed-end mutual funds in the U.S., serving retail, and annuity and worksite platforms. Mr. Boulware’s experience also includes executive and management positions with WESAV Financial, Bank of America and Western Savings. Robert also sits on the board of several public and private companies.
+ Charles J. Inderieden
Charles (Chuck) Inderieden is the Co-Managing Partner for Henry & Horne, LLP and possesses an extensive knowledge of individual income tax and estate, gift and trust planning for individuals, trusts, and small to medium-size businesses. Prior to joining Henry & Horne in 1996, Chuck spent nine years at a local CPA firm where his responsibilities included consulting with businesses and individuals regarding their tax planning needs. Specifically, he specializes in individual, fiduciary, estate, and gift-tax engagements.
Mr. Inderieden is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation in addition to his CPA designation. He is an active member in the Central Arizona Estate Planning Council, Scottsdale Estate Planners Study Group, Scottsdale Healthcare Financial Advisors and is a life member of the Executive Council for the Phoenix Metropolitan Boys & Girls Club.
+ Joel B. Kramer, CPA
Joel Kramer has extensive experience in providing both traditional accounting and tax consulting services, with significant experience in valuation and business consulting.
He is accredited in Business Valuation with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; Joel combines the use of appraisal and valuation skills and other financial experience to solve problems in civil and tort litigation. His experience has included discovery, calculation of damages, business valuations, divorce and various other disputes. He has consulted and testified for both plaintiffs and defendants in matters including lost profit calculations, matrimonial matters, partner disputes and malpractice actions. He has also been appointed by the courts to act as an expert witness in the valuation area.
Joel has over twenty five years of experience providing technical support to clients ranging from wholesale distributions to medical practices. He is responsible for the design and implementation of tax planning solutions and focuses on building after tax wealth for clients. He also has played a significant role in client representation before the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities.
+ Brad Lemon
Brad Lemon serves as Managing Partner for MRA Associates. He provides investment management services to foundations, non-profit organizations, qualified plans, corporations, and individuals. Brad also serves as a member of Miller/Russell’s Investment Policy Committee.
Brad attended Spokane Falls Community College and Western Washington University. He holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst designation, awarded by the Center for Fiduciary Studies, which is associated with the University of Pittsburgh and certifies him to conduct investment fiduciary assessments. Prior to joining Miller/Russell in 1998, Brad served as Vice President with Rowland Carmichael, a full-service advisory and financial planning firm, where he spent six years servicing qualified plans. Prior to that position, Brad spent four years as an agent for State Mutual of America providing insurance and financial planning services.
+ Steven D. Pidgeon
Steven Pidgeon concentrates his practice on securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and private equity and venture capital investments. His corporate clients operate in a wide variety of industries, including technology, sports and entertainment, financial services, health care, manufacturing, transportation, homebuilding, and consumer goods. Mr. Pidgeon also represents underwriters, private equity firms, venture capital firms, and financial intermediaries in their underwriting, investment, and advisory activities.
Steven is a Partner, Co-Managing Partner of DLA Piper’s Phoenix office. He received both his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Miami.
+ Bob Uhl
Robert (Bob) Uhl is the consummate businessman with over 50 years providing financial and operational leadership. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is currently serving as the Chairman and CEO of Realty Rewards, LLC in Phoenix, Arizona. He also serves as a board member for Forest Highlands.
He is a former board member and Vice Chairman for A.T. Still University, was on the board for Phoenix Memorial Hospital and was President of Silent Witness. Mr. Uhl spent 30 plus years with Bar-S Foods Co. where he most recently served as Vice Chairman. He was a Captain the US Army and was also the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award from United Cerebral Palsy of Arizona.
